This is a small group (max 10) education and support session for people newly diagnosed (or soon to be diagnosed) with adult ADHD. We are a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental, safe group.
Topics include:
The basic features of ADHD
The effects on daily life and relationship
The connection between ADHD and self-esteem
