Hello
Welcome! I’m Judith Paterson, a registered social worker and psychotherapist dedicated to helping people find more balance, confidence, and calm in their lives.
My Story
My professional journey has been a unique one. After many years as a business leader, I shifted into the world of mental wellness, driven by a deep desire to support others through both personal and professional challenges. I often work with folks navigating workplace issues or adult ADHD, but that’s just part of the picture. I’m here for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step—whether it’s in work, relationships, or life in general.
I bring a mix of practical tools, real-world insight, and a warm, light-hearted approach to help people create meaningful change. In our sessions, I draw from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and structured problem-solving.
My goal is to help ease the struggle and create more space for meaning, fulfillment, and the things
that matter most to you.
Proud member of the Canada Parks RX program. Ask me
about free Canada, Halton, or Toronto park passes, and the
deep and enduring mental health benefits of spending time in
nature.
