Who is The Break Room for? This facilitated group is open to working professionals across industries and career stages who want a supportive space to explore strategies for managing stress, overwhelm, and burnout. At this time, participation is limited to residents of Ontario, Canada.
On-the-go short mindfulness exercises
We’ll explore simple, everyday mindfulness practices that help reduce stress, improve focus, and support a greater sense of calm and satisfaction.
Helpful tips to prevent burnout
We’ll learn what drives stress and burnout, how the mind responds under pressure, and practical ways to reduce stress and prevent burnout.
Peer group support & strategies
This group offers a supportive space to share what’s causing stress, learn from others, and exchange practical strategies—whether you want to talk, listen, or just vent.

The group is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of business leadership experience before transitioning into mental health. With an MBA, MSW, and advanced training in applied mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and positive psychology, she specializes in supporting people with stress, burnout, anxiety, feeling stuck, and career direction - helping them design calm, meaningful lives.
