What is The Break Room? The Break Room is a free, virtual drop-in facilitated group offering evidence-based tools to reduce stress and prevent burnout, led by a therapist with 20+ years of business leadership experience.
Who is The Break Room for? This facilitated group is open to working professionals across industries and career stages who want a supportive space to explore strategies for managing stress, overwhelm, and burnout. At this time, participation is limited to residents of Ontario, Canada.



The first Tuesday of every month from 12:30 to 1:30 pm

The group is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of business leadership experience before transitioning into mental health. With an MBA, MSW, and advanced training in applied mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and positive psychology, she specializes in supporting people with stress, burnout, anxiety, feeling stuck, and career direction - helping them design calm, meaningful lives.
