A problem solving session is dedicated time and structure to work through a specific challenge. This 90-minute one-time session draws on Problem-Solving Therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps you move from feeling stuck to having a clear, practical plan.
Before the session, you'll receive a short form to help you organize your thoughts and make the most of our time together. During the session, we'll define the problem clearly, explore your options, and develop a realistic plan of action that fits your life.
You'll leave with a written summary of everything we worked through and a concrete set of next steps — so you walk away with more than just clarity, you walk away with a plan.
